Akrobasi ve hareket laboratuvarı acroLAB dan herkese merhaba!

İlk bölümde akrobasinin mihenk taşı olarak kabul edilen Back Flip yani Ters Saltoyu mekanik ve anatomik açıdan derinlemesine inceledik.

Gelecek bölümlerde merak edilen ve sık yapılan hareketlerin analizi ve pratik bilgiler ile karşınızda olacağız. Ayrıca farklı sportif branşların kendine has anatomik ve biyomekanik incelemelerini de acroLAB'ın ilerleyen bölümlerinde sizlere sunacağız.
